About BRIAN VANDER MEULEN
Brian is a successful Commercial Real Estate Investor / Agent and Creative Real Estate Specialist with over 16 years of experience. As a husband, father, successful real estate specialist, coach, mentor, public speaker and aspiring author, Brian’s experiences in life and business have taught him the importance of teamwork and the power that comes from ASKING FOR HELP.
He has learned from the school of “Hard Knocks” with a lifetime of significant highs and lows in both his personal and professional life.
From 2004 to 2008, Brain owned and lost 13 homes due to the market crash and has since moved on to fixing and flipping homes and commercial property. He owned and operated a 388-unit storage facility from 2011-2016 then went on to develop a 688-unit facility in 2017. He then went on to create a Solely Referal Based Multi-million-dollar commercial brokerage business with the Keller Williams Realty brand. Brian feels that we as humans are in the Relationship / People business and therefore loves to attend seminars and networking events nationwide which over the years has enabled Brian to make some great friends and amazing business relationships.
Brian has risen above the darkest of times and continued to push for his dreams.
Brian’s biggest dream is to become a Self-Storage Billionaire and philanthropist with donations of 100 million per year to help the homeless, veterans and parents with disabled children. His charity is Wheels-4-Wheelchairs. This charity provides safe and reliable transportation for parents that cannot afford wheelchair accessible vehicles for their families.
